The Big River Mine manager report.-* : During the week stoping in No. 8 level was discontinued, and on Monday we started to put »>n uprise from No. 8 stopes through to No. 7 level. Have risen six feet, on an averaore of fifteen mches stone. No. 8 level has been extended south 10 feet durine the week, and the stone averaged 15 inches, but oa Thursday it pinched to 6 inches. No. 7 crosscut has been extended 10 feet further, but there is no change to reno rt. Havo cut a chamber in No. 7 level, and on Wednesday started to sink a winze.
