1 Christchurch, February 14. I At the Supreme Court the case against John Ross, charged with, keeping a common gaming, httftfee, ended in the jury Jtift agreeing. They were iocft&d xty till near midnight \&b% ftVoni'ng, and to-day the case WS adjourned until the next ■Sessions of the Court. Maurice Hislop' s case, which is connected with that of Ross's was likewise postponed.
