The Harbor Board. —The usual monthly meeting of the Harbor Board will be held au the Municipal Buildings this morning, commencing at half-past cen o'clock. Queen's Fund Committee. — A meeting of the Queen's Fund Committee will be held at the Bishop's School at 3 o'clock this afternoon. Terminating Building Society.— The fortnightly pay-day of this Society falls to-day. Band Concert. — The promenade concert given by the Citizens Band in the Botanical Reserve yesterday afternoon attracted a considerable crowd of auditors, and the sum of £6 8s 3d was derived from the silver coin collection at the gates. Orange Lodge.— The Loyal Orange Lodge, No. 51, will meet to-night to welcome Bro. Parsons, P.G.D.M. Particulars are given by advertisement. " The Webby Fund. —Mr James Hunt, treasurer of the fund, desires to acknowledge receipt from Mr Bowdon (Waimea street) of £1 towards assisting Mr Webby to cover his loss in connection with the traction engine accident. Farmers' Union.— The Wakefieid Branch meets to-morrow evening. H.M.S. Pinafore. — The production of this opera will be repeated at the Oddfellows' Hall, Richmond, to-morrow evening. United Cricket*Club— The annual meeting of the United Cricket Club will be held this evening. Grand Concert.— The members of the Citizens' Band, assisted by a number of leading local vocalists and musicians, intend giving their first grand concert on Wednesday week, the 20th inst., in the Theatre Royal. The Band intend playing on the occasion the selection "The Bombardment of Port Arthur," by T, H. Bulch, one of the most ambitious pieces that the Band has taken in hand.
