HANLEY LABOR CONGRESS.
London, September 9. Keceived Setember 10, 4.47 p.m. The Hanley Congress unanimously condemned Chinese labor. It recommended free meals and free medical examination for all school children; urged eight hours a day; a pension out of Imperial taxation of 5s weekly for everybody over 60. The [Congress meet at Liverpool next year.
