MOROCCO.
London, March 20. Germany pointedly ignores the Auglo-French agreement, and assures the Sultan that she is determined to maintain the Moroccan integrity. The result of German influence becoming predominant and of the discomfiture of the Fren2h mission to Fez is becoming marked. The Kaiser's intention to visit Tangier is intensely exciting the Arabs and attracting attention in France.
