RAINFALL AND SUNSHINE IN 1903.
We have taken from the " Press " of a recent date the rainfall and snnshine re corded in Christchurch in 1 903 as compared with the Gisborne reoords, and we have added the records taken in Nelson for the same period whioh are much in favor of Nelson both as to rainfall and sunshine.
N.B. - From Ist to 25th January the sunshine recorder was at Warwick House ; after that dace at Lighthouse.
