Johansen, the Town Clerk, 'Motueka Borough Council, for the alleged interference with a drainage work at Moteuka by stopping a flow thereof, was argued before the Chief Justice yesterday afternoon. Mr Maginnity appeared for the plaintiff, and Mr Harley for the defendant Council. After hearing argument his Honor reserved judgment, the decision to be forwarded from Wellington to the Registrar of the Supreme Court. ,
