The "Daily Chronicle" says that China will prohibit the emigration af unskilled labor to South Africa until an agreement is arranged with Britain regarding the Admission of Chinamen to the Colonies. Capetown, January 8. The draft of an ordinance regulating the importation of laborers to the Transvaal mines has been published. It confines Chinese to within a mile radius of their place of employment unless given special leave for 48 hours.
