VALUABLE DISCOVERY
London, January 6. Professor Bellhausen, the German scientist, and Sir William Ramsay, have devised a method of extracting zinc-white, worth £30 a ton, from refuse heaps in the Welsh mines. Fifteen tons of rubbish yielded a ton of zinc-white.
