Capetown, March 6.
The Johannesburg Railway Conference recommended the extension of the railway to the springs at Ermelo, to cost one million sterling, and a through line -Harrismith to Viljeon's Drift. The programme already includes Vereeniging to Johannesburg line, to cost £740,000.
