Tha perfect day brought out a large number of adults and children. la the evening a concert was given by past and present pupils of Brick i school to > a crowded house, Major ; Franklyri presiding. " The items were: —Piano duet, Mary Wadswbrth and M. Max ; bhorus, "All the day long" ; pinafore drill, eight wee girls;-See-saw action song; "Bells of Aberdovey," chorus ; dumb bells ; "Hearts and Homes," part song; pole drill.; "Cat in School," action song; "Darr?ling, I am growing old," character song; "Please give me a penny,sir"; fan drill; "Kathleen Aroun," character song ; " Cheer up, Sam," character song; Fairy march, 1 " *-
