Received November 16, 4.30 p.m, ..:■•' Lokdon, November 15: A great meeting at the Albert Hall, convened by the Bishops of London and Rochester approved of the Education Bill, except that they urged the clergy's Right to superintend religious instruction, which needed safeguarding since the introduction of Mr Slaney's amendment.
