Received May 22, 1.12 a.m. Melboubme, May 21. The Senate has passed a motion requesting the House to place arrowroot on the free list, and is now discussing the reduction of the ham and bacon duty to a penny. The Senate passed an address conj g.ratulating the King on his Coronation.
