Dr Bassell ha"! been elected Moderator of the Church of Scotland, and Dr Howee, of of the United Free Ohuoch.
King Edward, in a message to the Church of Scotland, suggests the training of preachers in Gaelic, the Highlands tongue.
The Presidents of the leading Nonconformists Churches are invited to the Coronation in Westminister Abbey for the first time.
