London, June 27. The Imperial Appelate Court Conference met at the Colonial Office, and Mr Chamberlain, Lord Halsbury, and delegates representative of India, and the Crown law officers were gresent. Mr Chamberlain outlined the Government proposals. The proceedings were strictly private.
