The Sunnyside RebelsTrial Proceeding. Capetown, January 18. Captain Dowse, of the Queensland contingent, giving evidence at the trial of 35 rebels captured at Sunnyside, testified that he had commanded the division of Queenslandets at the Sunnyside engagement. Eighty yards from the prisoners private Macleod, of b±« company, was killed. During the engagement he was twice shot. The trial stands adjourned.
