RUSSIA & JAPAN.
Japanese Restless. London, January 18. The Bong Kong correspondent of the Sydney * Daily Telegraph ' states that Japan is very restless, and keeping a sharp watch on the movements of the Russians. Japan is quite ready to invade Eastern Siberia and Manchuria, and she will not put up with any undue encroachment in Corga. Japan will strike sharply and decisively, knowing that with her it will be practically a life or death struggle.
