[By Telegraph.] Wellington, January 17. Sailed — Botorua, for Picton and Nelson. Passengers: Misses Mills, Ferguson, Hall, Carr, Millan, Mesdames Lucas, McGaffin, Carr, Messrs Heighton, Smith, Hall, Lane, McGaffin, Mackia, Hyland, Street, and 8 steerage.
The Charles Edward, weather permitting, was to leave Wanganui last night for Wellington, and should leave Wellington to-day for Nelson. She is announced to sail for West Coast ports at 11 a.m. to-morrow. The Waverley arrived from West Coast ports last evening, agd sails at 6 p.m. to-. day for Wellington direct. j The Wainui arrived at 7.15 a.m; yesterday from Pioton and Wellington, and sailed at 9.30 a.m. for the West Coast. The Haupiri arrived at 8.30 a.m. yesterday from the West Coast, and sailed at 9.40 a.m. for Picton and Wellington. The Botorua is due this morning from Picton and Wellington, and sails at 10 a.m. on return. The Tabapuna leaves Wellington this afternoon for Picton and Nelson, and is due here to-morrow morning, sailing at 10.30 a.m for Picton, Wellington, and Lyttelton. The Lady Barkly arrived last evening from Golden Bay, and returns there at 10 O'clock to-night. The Lily arrives this morning from Motueka, and returns there at 6.30 this evening.
