Colonial Delegates. Mhlbouenk, January 16. The Premier (Hon. A. MoLeaa) states that the Government had no motive in appointing the Hon. A. Deacon beyond that of seou ing the best man. Sir George Turner (late Premier of the colony) favors a joint delegation, consisting of the Hon, E. Barton (New South Wales), Hon. A. Deakin (Yiotoria), and lion 0. 0. Kingston (South Australia).
