British Commissioners Insulted.
Shanghai, September 30. Kangyuwei's brother, a»d five others have been executed for conspiracy against the Dowager Empress. The British Commissioners have been insulted at the Kaulung Hinterland, opposite Hong Kong. The Chinese compelled the officials to kowcow. or prostrate themselves to tbe Union Jack.
