Correspondence.
While desirous to give publicity to the dis • cussion of matters of public interest, we are not necessarily to be identiii'd with the opinions of our correspondents. Correspondents must write on one tide of the paper only. Rejected manuscript will net be returned* To the Editor of The Colonist Sib,— l quite agree with the remarks of your able correspondent " Yerax " in recent issues of your paper. I should like to know the views of each candidate for municipal honors on the water question, and hope to see them advertised in your columns before the election. Fruitgrowers, and those living on the high levelß, mean to make themselves felt in this election, and they want the straight tip from those seeking election. Yours, etc., High Level.
