[Bx Telbobaph.] Wellington, August 30. Sailed— Penguin, for Picton and Nelson. Passengers — Misses Hale, Grey, Mrs O'Bierne, Messrs O'Bierne, Perman, Wratt, Goodall, Scott, Mowat, and 9 steerage. The Waverley will arrive from Wellington this morning, and sail at 4 p.m for West Coast and Fox ton. The Charles Edward leaves Wellington to-day for Nelson, and sails at 10 a.m tomorrow for West Coast and Foxton. The Kennedy is due from Foxton to-day, and remains a few days or repairs and annual inspection. The Mawhera arrived at 6.45 a.m yesterday from Picton and Wellington, and sailed again at 8.20 a.m for the West Coast. The Penguin left Wellington yesterday afternoon for Picton and Nelson, and is due hire this morning, sailing again at 8.30 a.m on return. The Mapourika leaves Wellington this afternoon for Picton and Nelson, and is due here to-morrow morning, sailing again at 8 a.m for the West Cpast. The Lady BarSfy arrives this morning from Golden Bay, and returns there again at 12.30 p.m to-day. The Lily arrives this morning from Motueka, and returns again at 5.30 this afternoon. The Mariposa with the mail from Europe via San Francisco, arrived at Auckland at .30 a.m yesterday, and the Southern poron was despatched to Taranaki at 1 p.m he Glenelg, and should arrive in Welton to-night by rail.
