Post Cards.

Wellington, F.bruary 2G. The Post and Telegraph Department notifies that the size of privately manufactured post cards may in future be five and a half by three and a hall inches, and that any person may issue pictorial cards, both for inland and foreign transmission, the postage on such articles must be prepaid in adhesive stamps, and if a card is sent beyond the Colony the words " New Zealand Post Card" must be printed on the address side. i
