The Mayor of Nelson was going to Wellington on Monday, and if the matter was put before him, he (the President) felt sure Mr Trask would do all he could to help them. Several members thought the suggestion was a good one. Mr Talbot thought it should be done in 'conjunction with the City of Nelson. ' It was resolved, on the motion of Mr Lankow, seconded by Mr Coleman, that Messrs Glen and W. T. Bond interview Mr Trask upon the subject, and place the views of the members before that gentleman.
