Axdridge. — On April 29th, Hannah, relict of the late Job Aldridge, at her daughter's
residence, Nile street East, aged 77. AiiLDßiDGE.— April 24, 1897, at her residence, Halifax-street, the Wood, Nelson, N.Z., Esther, reliot of the late H: Alldridge, aged 74 yeara. Glen. — At Broom Hill, Kilwinning, Ayrshire, Sootland, on Tuesday, April 13tb, Isabella Harvey, reliot of the late Jobn Glen, coalmaster, Sonrlie Colliery, Irvine, and mother of Mr John Glen, of AppUby, and grandmother of Lina B. Glen, late of Anatoki, Takaka.
Holdaway. — On the 4th May, at his residenoe Biohmond, William Holdaway, aged 68 years.
Mabsball. — April 12, at the Nelson Hospital, James Marshall, late of Oollingwood, aged
72 yearn. Pattie.— At his residence, Biwaka, on Tuesday, the 20th April, of pleurisy, Charles Thomas Pattie, eldest son of the late
Charles Pattie, aged 46 years. (Borne papers please oopy.) Smith.— On May 2nd, at his reßidenoe, Adderlay etreet, Westport, Fitzroy Montague, aged 63, son of tbe late George Smith, surgeon, Deddington, Oxfordshre, England. [In 1881 be took oharge of the Cape Foulwind lighthouse, succeeding the first keeper, Mr Hand, and subsequently filled many similar positions throughout the Oolony.]
