The Judge intimated that he was prepared to give a certificate of merit to Mr Wm Lane for a Beedling Japanese inourved— a lilac pink wiih Bilvery reverse, after the Btyle of the Duke of York but more oompaot, upon the grower naming same.

The Jadge also deolared tbat he was prepared to give a certificate of merit to Mr Bolton for a fine bright yellow seedling chrysanthemum, whioh hes baen named Mies Blanche Mil's. He acked that a creamy white raised by the same grower might be cultivated another j ear for developm nt, and commended a stand of seedlings by Mr S. Bolton, and another by Mrs Merriok, and reoommends tbat they be col.ivatel for development.
