War Party Disgusted. Chamberlain's View of Concession Pbetorl^, May 7. The war party in the Transvaal is disgusted with tbe concession made by tbe Volksraad 'to foreigners by the repeal of the Aliens Immigration Expulsion Bill. London, May 7. Mr Chamberlain referring to the repeal states that it has greatly relieved tbe tension between England and the Transvaal.
