GERMAN NAVY-ADDITIONS.
Berlin, March 6. Vice Admiral Hollmannn, Secretary to the Navy has Bomitted to the Imperial Budget Committee proposals for the construction within three years of five battleships, six cruisers, three gunboats, and thirty-six torpedo boats, at a ooet of £10,000,000, besides the £7,000,000 already voted. This enormouß demand has stapified the Committee which has adjourned fjr consideration of the quattion.
