Chbisichurch February 11. At the Presbyterian General AEsembly in tbe morning the Bay J. Lothian, Moderator of the Otago Synod, welcomed and associated a deputation from ihe Congregational Union of New Zealand wbioh is at pres.nt holding session here. The deputation introduced consisted of the R.vds G. Burgess and J. A. Glasßon. lhey addressed the Assembly and oonveyed the greetings of their oburoh. Both referred to the way in wbioh the two churohes were drawing together, and expressed a wish tbat these bonds might beoome closer as time goas on. Fraternal greetings were heartily reciprooated. Referencea from the Auokland Presbytery re the division of the Te Aroha charge and re the voting oMmembers and adherents in oalling a minister were referred to commi t es to oonsider.
