A CONGO CLAIM.
London, December 18.
The Congo Free State o'aims one hundred and fifty thousand franos aa duty on the ivory whloh belonged to Mr Stokes, the British trader, who was pot to death by order of Major Lothaire.
The Marquis of Salisbury bis refnaed the demand.
