PACIFIC CABLE COMMISSION.
London, Deoember 18.
Is is believed that tne Paoifio Cable Commission will reoommend a State owned oable, and that a State survey of the route is necessary. The Commission has adjourned until tbe 29th in order to consult the Hod Joseph Chamberlain on tbe matter.
