BRITISH GUIANA DISPUTE.
Venezuelan Complaint. London, Deoember 12. In Venezuela there are complaints that the treaty with respect to the Guiana boundary dispute contains no provision of sovereignty, and an agitation is being raised. Mr Olney, Secretary of State for the United States, declines to modify the terms of the ti-eatjy without British consent.
