The Premier has deoided to proceed with tbe Federal Convention without Queensland, an] says that in tbe event of a larger Boheme of federation being obt unable, he will then take steps to bring New South Wales in the Fed<r*l Gonnoil. He aßßert* that he doea not intend to allow tbe subject to become moribund.
