Sydney, September 30. The Marine Board have suspended the certificate of Landfern, the second mate of the Oatterthun for six months from the date of fcha Wreob. The Obairman said the Board reoognised he had done all that was possible to save the ship when he realised the position, although by doing so by an error in judgment he had wrecked her. In the enquiry into the loss of the Zeno the Board found she was wrecked through a heavy sea causing her to spring a leak, and no one was to blame.
