RABBIT PEST.
' Brisbane, September 26. There is much anxiety among the pastoralistg at the rapid spread of rabbits, and the pest is steadily possessing the north-west and central districts. It is claimed that unless early drastic measures are taken for the suppression of the. rabbits, all the best pastoral lands will be overrun in a few months.
