London, September 25. Wool, beat Beonred, is Beven and a half to ten ptr cent higher, short olothiog ten per oent ; lambi, fine bright coarse croaabreda lallv twenty, And lots fifteen per oent higher. Sohwßttz's oiroalar saya that (he improvement ,'is moat marked in greasy and mediam. There is a strong demacd. Oroaabreda are f o ly fifteen per o;nt dearer. The tone of the market ia very strong. September 26. At to-day's wool sales 16,107 bales were offered! There was a good selection, and a crowded attendanoe. The keenest competition took plaoe amongst Home and Foreign buyers, espeoially for medium merino combings and lustrous orossbreds. Compared with July averages, mediom merino oombings advanced 15 per oent. The arrivals Bomber 261,460 bales, and the number forwarded to the manufacturing districts direct ii 67,800 bales. The number of bales available for the present series, including those held over from last serieß, are 224,000.
