Sydney, August, 10. The inquest on the via time of tue Oatterthun wreck has began, Mr Forster Daufear, in his evidence, stated that he was in charge at the time of vessel's striking, the captain being in tbe chart room, lie Baw the Weal light, but declined to give the course they were steering.
