The Kennedy is due from Westport ibis morning, and Bails at 3 p.m. for Greymouth and Foxton. The Charles Edward arrived from Wanganui last night, and sails at 4 p.m. to-day for Greymouth and Foxton. The Morray is due from Wellington this morning, and sails at 2 p.m. for Westpoit and Waitara. The Waverley is due from Westport this morning, and sails at 2 p.m. for Westport and Patea. The Penguin ariived from lioton, Wellington aod Lyttelton at 7 a.m. yesterday, and sailed at 6 p.m. on the return trip. The Wainui arrived from Wellington at 6 a.m. yesterday, and sailed at 4 p.m. for Ghreymouth. The Mawhera returns from West Coast this evening, and Bails at 7 p.m. for Wellington direot. The Mahinapua, with the Southern portion ot the San Fi&noisco mail, lttftQQehunga at 6 a.m. yesterday. She will arrive here on Monday morning, and sails at 8 p.m. for Taranaki and Manukau. The Grafton will arrive from Pioton And Wellington to-morrow morning, and Bails at 8.30 a.m. for Wtst coast ports. The Loohnsgar has taken on board 1724 Backs of barley for London, whioh, unfortunately, is all tbat has been obtained here. She proceeds from here to Ljttelton, where she is to oomplete loading, and will ia all probability be towed oat this morning. The crews of the steamers Wainni and Penguin were exercised in fire and boat drill yesterday morning. The Lady Barkly returns from Golden Bay this afternoon, and Bails for Motueka at 4 p.m. The Lily sails at 4.30 this afternoon for Motueka, and returns here to-morrow morning. Mr Alex. Rois, for a considerable period purser of tho Bteamer Rotoru*, has severed his connection with tho Union Company. His future employment has not transpired, but whatever it muy be, we f?el sure hia many Mends ia Nelson will join with us in wishicg him every bucobss.
