Charge of Poisoning.
After a trial which lastel two days, the jury acquitted John Bestall, who was ) charged with poisoning nine employees at i ! the Patoka etation. It will be remembered that at the laat Bessions of th<3 Supreme Court Restall was put on his trial, bus ihan the jury did not agree. Toe jnry taoked a rider to their verdiot to the effect that poisons kept on stations &hou!d be kept more carefully guarded under look and key, and in charge of the managers only.
