VICTORIAN RAILWAYS.
Melbourne, May 31. The Bailway Commissioners' estimate of revenue far the ensuing year is £2,000,0C0. The proportion of working txpenes to revenue will be reduced from 59 to 55 p6r cent, and the revenue will snow a profit on actual work of over a million. The deficit caused by in'erest on capital vtill be over £400,0C0.
