Auckland, May 30. At a meeting of borders the following reeolation was unanimously passed:- 1 ' that the Premier be respectfully reques'ed to invite the Auckland builders to oomp te by public tender for the re-ereotion of th Aux?liary Asylum, Auckland, against tbe oooparative system, either by schedule cr ot-.er wise."
