Donedin, May 16. Minnie Dean was charged at Milton this morning with Laving mard-red Eva Hornsby. The police explained they had exp-o'.ed to find the ohid's body at Claiendon, but it had btea discovered in ihe aooused's g rden as Winton, therefore the case would be taken to Inverosrgill. Mr flanlon, for the defence, offered no objeotioo. The acoased was remanded to appear in lov^rcargill on Ihursday next. Inveroahgill, May 16. Charles Dran w<ib ouargod this morning with the mordtr of two infnnts, and re manded on application cf the police till May 23.
