Overland Mails

To Havelook, Blenhoim, and Piston—Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, at 6.30 a.m. To Motueka — Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, at 9 a.m. lo Golden Bay— Every Wednesday, at 9 a.m. To West Coast— Tuesdays and Fridays, at ! 7 a.m. Posting boxes have been affixed to the guard's van on the Nelson-Belgrove railway. Letters, eto, oan now be posted at the station where the train stops. The boxes will be cleared at the Nelson and Belgrove ends.

The following arrangements are made for Good Friday and Easter Monday, 12tb and 15th instant:— The Postal Branch will observe a close holiday on the 12th inst, bui on Easter Monday wiil open from 9 to 10 a.ra only. On the evening of the llth all receiving and pooi.i *~; boxeß will be cleared. Mails usually despatched on Friday will be closed on the preceding day at 7 p.m ; this will also apply to ship mails. A delivery of town letters will be made over the counter on Thursday between the hours of 7 and 8 p.m, and on Saturday afternoon letter carriers will make a fall delivery.

Telegraph Branch, hours of attendance.— Morning, 9 to 10 ; evening, 7 to 8.

The Telephone Exohange will open from 9 to 10 a.m on Good Friday, and as us aai on Easter Monday. Sub-offices throughout the district will observe a olose holiday on Qood Friday, and will open frem 9 to 10 a.m only on Easter Monday, except combined sub-offices, whioh will open again in the evening from 7 to 8 o'olook.
