Wellington Gas Company.
Wellington, January 16. The annual report of the Wellington Gas Company recommends the payment of a dividend of five per cent, making ten per cent for the year, that £2,000 be written off the plant, and £1,791 carried forward. The net price for gas for lighting is now reduced to 6s 3d per 1000 cubic feet.
