Chbisschubch, October 9. In the Bupreme Court yeaterday, Mr Justice Denniston beerd argument on the sdjourned application on the pttition for removal of B. Hale from the position of liquidator of the Mercantile Finance ana Agenoy C.mpany. Voluminous affidavits alleging misconduct against certain directora of the Company, of whom Mr Hale wrs one, had been filed, as had several affidavits in reply. His Honor dismissed the application with costs.
