Melbotjbnf, October 9. At a meeting of the Executive Council to-day, the case of Mrs Needle, lying under sentenoe o! death for the murder of Juncken, was considered, when it was deoided to allow the law to take its coarse, and the execution is fixed for the 22nd inst.
