Ocean Beach Domain Board.

The Ocean Beach Domain Board to-day deoided to ask Mr Pinkerton, M.H.R., to introduce a bill next session to empower the Board to raise funds by means pf a rate if consented to by tho ratepayers, instead of raising a loan.
