It was about two o'clock in the morning, and he got out of thy tram, and was surrounded by Fr^ncf} potters, Who asked in French, " "Who, are you ?" The Bishop did not talk a great deal of French, just enough to get along with, and the men being more particular. abont travellers than wasthe oaseinJSngland, the end of it was he was locked up in a waitingroom. (Laughter.)
