NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LANDS FOB THE BIWAKA VALLEY BOAD. NOTIOE is hereby given that it is proposed, under tbe provisions of " Tbe Publio Works Act, 1882," to execute a certain pablio work, to nit, the construction of portion of a road in Biwaka Boad Distriot known as the Biwaka Valley Boad, and for the purposes of suoh public work tbe lands described in the Schedule heret? are required to be taken ; and notioe is further given that the plan of the said road and of the lands so required to be taken is deposited in the Post Office at Biwaka. and is there open for inspection. And notice is hereby given that all persons affeoted by the exeoution of the said publio work or by the taking of the said lands shall, if they have any well-grounded objections to the exeoution of tbe said publio work or to the taking of the such lands, set forth tbe same in writing, and send suoh writing > within forty days from the first publication of this police, to the Minister for Poblie Works, Wellington.
