Manawatu Line Blocked.
[united pbess association.] Wellington, August 4. : A blook on the Manawatu line has been caused by a pait of the approach to the bridge over the Waikatoa stream being carried away, and a slip has also occurred at Paikakarlki. A tram was sent up to bring the passengers from this side of the gap, and arrived this afternoon.
